Should there be playoffs or not

This season the Oatka Commissioners decided not to have playoffs. As they debated the issue it was noted that under a playoff format not all 1,400 Oatka participants get to play a full schedule. In fact only about 15% of the players would play a full 10 game schedule. The commissioners were also concerned about the practice of running up scores and the lessened playing time players might get as teams strive for victories in order to qualify for playoff games. Along with stopping playoffs, the Commissioners also changed the Supremacy Trophy, which was based on the total number of organization wins, with a Sportsmanship Trophy that is awarded based on a total organization's overall sportsmanship. As a compromise, the League established a full ten game season for all teams and the sponsorship of a Moving Up game for last year players from each team within each division.
